INVESTMENT MODEL / INSPIRATION
Boyana Senses is a boutique building for all senses. Situated on one of the most prestigious and well-connected streets in Sofia's Boyana District - 55 Panoramen Pat St., the building offers the ideal balance between the pulse of the city and the harmony of the mountain, where life finds its perfect equilibrium. The project reflects the team’s vision of the ultimate sense of home - a space which provides security, tranquillity, and a dream living environment.
The idea for its realisation was born after the investor identified a key deficit in Bulgaria’s luxury residential property market - high-quality new construction with attention to every detail, capable of transforming the modern urban skyline. The Boyana Senses boutique building is located at the bottom of Vitosha Mountain, making it the ideal smooth transition between city and mountain. Owners will reside only a few steps away from the eco hiking trails of Vitosha, while also being in immediate proximity to a major boulevard providing quick access to the centre of Sofia - Bulgaria Boulevard. Within a 5-minute drive, residents can find numerous nearby amenities, including elite educational institutions, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants.
Thanks to its excellent location, the project holds a key advantage - it invites nature into your home.
